Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Atlas Graph. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Atlas Graph's smart contract dependency analysis platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Atlas Graph provides blockchain smart contract dependency analysis tools, including:

• Dependency graph visualization and exploration
• Impact analysis for smart contract changes
• Path finding between contracts
• Anomaly detection and monitoring
• Historical data analysis

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account & Wallet Authentication

Atlas Graph uses wallet-based authentication (Sign-In with Ethereum). You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur under your wallet address
• Ensuring your wallet software is secure and up-to-date

We do not have access to your private keys and cannot recover your wallet if lost. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

5. Payments & Billing

Atlas Graph offers pay-per-use pricing through the x402 payment protocol. By making a payment, you acknowledge:

• Non-Refundable: All payments made via x402 or prepaid credits are final and non-refundable
• Blockchain Finality: On-chain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed
• Prepaid Credits: Credits do not expire but cannot be withdrawn or refunded
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Payments are processed through Coinbase CDP (x402 Facilitator). We are not responsible for issues arising from facilitator services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond permitted API usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities or harm others

7. Data & Privacy

Atlas Graph analyzes publicly available blockchain data. We collect minimal personal information necessary to provide the Service:

• Wallet addresses used for authentication
• API usage data and analytics
• Payment transaction records

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Blockchain data analysis is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• Completeness of dependency detection
• Accuracy of impact analysis predictions
• Real-time availability of all on-chain data
• Correctness of anomaly detection results

You should independently verify any critical information before making decisions based on our analysis.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service is currently in beta, and features may change or be discontinued.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS GRAPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the analysis
• Actions taken based on information provided by the Service
• Third-party services, including payment facilitators

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Graph and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Prepaid credits will not be refunded upon termination.

Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Note that on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted due to blockchain immutability.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
